2) Delivery:

Q1: How much charge does Nitaara levy for a delivery?

A1: We offer free delivery for orders above ₹ 5,000. For orders less than ₹ 5k a suitable percentage of the item will be charged as the delivery cost.

Q2: What is the estimated delivery time?

A2: Currently we deliver our products only in India. The delivery time may vary on different factors like a number of items in a package, the location of delivery, and fragility of the products. However, none of the packages will take more than 10 business days to deliver.

Q3: How will the delivery be done?

A3: We process the delivery only through reputed insured couriers. However, the delivery won’t be processed on certain pin codes.

Q4: How safe is the product being delivered?

A4: We deliver the jewelry in a safe, durable, and tamper-proof package via the hands of trusted and reputed couriers. Your jewelry is completely secure until it reaches your home. Make sure to not accept any package that has been tampered.

Q5: Do Nitara deliver their products internationally?

A5: Currently we are only delivering our products in India.

Q6: Can I change my shipping address after I have placed an order? A6: You can change your shipping address until the product is ready to be dispatched. Contact us before it is ready to be shipped in order to change your delivery address.

3) Returns, Cancellation, and Refunds:

Q1: What are your Return and Refund policy?

A1: We offer a 7-day return policy for unused and unworn jewelry pieces that still have their tags attached.

However, this policy won’t apply to personalized items, customized builds, gifts, free gifts, or sale items.

Q2: Is refund and refund policy applicable to every product?

A2: No. This policy won’t be applicable on personalized items, customized builds, gifts, free gifts, or sale items.

Q3: Will I have to pay for the shipping the product back to you?

Q5: How to return the products within 7 days?

A5: Please follow the following steps to process a return and refund of the jewelry items:

  1. Keep all the items (including the bill and the invoice) in a package. Address this package to 95, Bapu Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan, 72003, India.
  2. Please confirm that all the items that are being returned are unworn, unused, and in original condition. Also, make sure that the original tag is attached with the jewelry and the packing is intact, even if the items were damaged during the transportation. Once the tags are removed, the items won’t be accepted and will be sent back to the customer, even if the tags are removed.
  3. Contact us to schedule a pick-up.

Q6: What is the process of order cancellation? A6: The customer can cancel the item within 24 hours after the order is placed. For prepaid order, the money will be transferred to their respected accounts.

4) Jewelry:

Q1: Can I ask for a custom design:

A1: Currently we don’t offer customized design. However, we will start our services with customizable builds. We will post about it on our website and newsletter.

Q2: Can I get the jewelry engrossed with a different gemstone or metal?

A2: In such cases feel free to contact us and we will see what we can do for you.

Q3: Can the size of the jewelry be altered?

A3: Unfortunately, as of now we don’t offer jewelry of personalized sizes.

Q4: Do you offer jewelry of specific style/gem?

A4: In the dropdown box on the home page of our website you can shop by category and choose from our unique set of collection. Try our jewelry collection based on Shivoham and wood-based designs.

Q5: How will the product be packed? A5: Firstly we will pack the jewelry item in a gift pack and then it will be packed according to the norms of our courier service provider.

A2: There are no hidden costs or additional shipping charge associated with the purchase of any item.  The final price of the product will be displayed on the website during the purchase of the item.

Q3: Do prices on nitaara.com fluctuate?

A3: The prices of all the items on the website can change without any prior notice to the users. The users are requested to check the prices of the item online, before making a purchase.

Q4: How can I pay through a credit/debit card?

A4: We accept VISA and Master card (Indian card only) for purchase of any item through our website. The users will be asked to enter their card details like Account Number, CVV, and date of expiration if they select the option of online payment.

All the account details of the users will remain confidential and private.

Q5: How long will it take to get refunds?

A5: The refund of any canceled order will be transferred to the account of the user once the order is received back by us. Users who paid via COD option will be asked to enter their account details. Under no circumstances will the refund be given in cash.

Users are requested to wait for 6 to 10 days after the item is picked from them, for the money to get transferred to their account.

Q1: Do you match the price of an item if its price decreases after the purchase?

A1: We do not match the price of any item after you purchase it. We calculate the price of every item based on the metals and gems used to manufacture it in order to provide you with the best possible value.

Q2: What happens if the jewelry I ordered does not fit me?

A2: In such cases, the user can either return the order or exchange it for any other jewelry piece. In case the user wants to return the order, the money will be transferred to its account within a duration of 6 to 10 working days.

Q3: What if there is a problem with my purchase?

A3: If there are any problems regarding the workmanship of any jewelry piece, then we’ll repair it for you without any additional charges. If you damage the piece, then we will repair it at a very low price for you.

However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the jewelry then you can return it within 7 days.

Q4: Can I take my jewelry to my local jewelry store for resizing?

A4: You can take it to your local jewelry store, however, we don’t recommend it.  We won’t accept any jewelry piece for return or modifications if it is altered by any other person. The 7-day return policy won’t be applicable in these cases.
